College Park at Midtown is a brand-new luxury student housing community in the heart of Gainesville’s Midtown—three buildings in walking distance of campus. The challenge was to develop the brand and create a modern look and style that appealed to students while maintaining a luxury feel.
The branding for this property features the orange and blue color scheme of the University of Florida but with a twist, muting the colors and bringing more colors into the brand palette. Photos were toned back to almost black and white with pops of color. Two modern sans-serif fonts were chosen for the brand application. The alligator mosaic custom digital illustration was designed to be featured on the vehicle wrap as an attention-getting visual and on the leasing office building itself. The gator has been an easily recognized and well-loved piece of artwork in this campaign by both the leasing team and prospective residents.
