A brand-new luxury apartment community in Ocala, Florida, Canterbury Circle needed a complete branding package—from naming the property to logo design, palette creation, design style development and execution of a myriad of design pieces. This major community brand system was developed to advertise the property and establish market presence as the property was being built. With these marketing materials, the Canterbury Circle team executed a successful lease-up.
